Escaping the UK blues for Winter sun and golf in Morocco. We have just come back from a brilliant trip to Morocco, Agadir where we played three rounds of golf at le Golf les Dunes. http://www.golflesdunesagadir.com/ The Moroccan climate is ideal for golf at this time of year with temperatures in the high 20’s all week and unlike going to many other destinations it is a relatively short flight from the UK with only a 1-hour time difference.

There are 3 courses to choose from and we chose to play at Golf les Dunes, green fees were 660 Dirham (£47) and this included a caddy for the round. The caddies were great all week and very knowledgeable. The only problem we had was on the last day where my caddy tried to tell me that the rule to tip your caddy is 100 Dirham per birdie, I had 6, £44 worth!!!

So if you fancy some winter sun and some great golf I would highly recommend Agadir and Golf les Dunes.
